When was DivX incorporated?
DivX was originally incorporated as DivXNetworks, Inc. in Delaware in May 2000.
When did you go public?
DivX stock began publicly trading on the NASDAQ on September 22, 2006.
When does your fiscal year end?
December 31 marks the end of our fiscal year.
How many employees do you have?
We currently have approximately 330 employees which includes our MainConcept employees. MainConcept is a wholly owned subsidiary of DivX, Inc.

MainConcept is headquartered in Germany with subsidiaries in the USA, Russia, and Japan. The company serves the Asia-Pacific region through key distribution partners in China, Korea, and Taiwan. In March 2008, the Company's Board of Directors approved a share repurchase program authorizing the Company to repurchase up to $20 million of its common stock. Purchases under this program may be made from time to time through 10b5-1 programs, open market purchases, or privately negotiated transactions. The number of shares ultimately repurchased, and the timing of the purchases, depend on market conditions, share price, and other factors. The program may be discontinued at any time.
Do you have a direct purchase plan?
No, DivX does not have a direct purchase plan. Shares of DivX can be purchased through a broker or stock purchase service of your choice.
