- In March 2008, the Company's Board of Directors approved a share repurchase program authorizing the Company to repurchase up to $20 million of its common stock. The number of shares ultimately repurchased, and the timing of the purchases, depend on market conditions, share price, and other factors. The program may be discontinued at any time.
